We are looking for a Java Developer. We will train you for this position. The key roles are contributing and taking part in software and architectural development, developing well-designed, efficient, and testable code, and recommending changes to improve established java application processes. The candidate needs to be exceptionally talented, bright and driven. Razor-sharp eyes for detail, and determined to meet high standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contributing and taking part in software and architectural development.
- Developing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
- Troubleshooting and resolving reported issues and replying to requests on time.
- Preparing and producing releases of software components.
- Producing detailed software design documentation.
- Improving the code quality by implementing best practices.
- Recommending changes to improve established java application processes.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or any other related field.
- Should possess at least 3 years of work experience as a Java developer.
- Should have experience in
- JUnit tests
- Maven
- And a big advantage if you have experience of the ff:
- Jenkins build system
- Data flow management tool such as Apache Nifi
- JAXB
- Experience in Linux OS and
- Experience in OSS projects.
