We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist. We will train you for this position. The key roles are to give 1st level of support to customers, handle inquiries and proactively manage customer relationships. The candidate needs to be exceptional in customer support, adaptability, clear communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate tact and sensitivity in customer communication
  • From initial customer inquiries
  • To maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Be responsible for 1st level of support of our US customers (covering Timezone UTC -6)
  • Daily tasks include
    • Ticket handling
    • Taking over a "real" chat function
    • Mass master data maintenance of a webshop
    • Creation and maintenance of a personal customer knowledge base
  • Proactively manage customers' relationship

Desired Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution in a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in customer support and remote work
  • Experience with
    • ERP System
    • Ticketing system (Odoo would be a plus)
    • Customer support with IT-background
  • Exposure to customs procedures/foreign trade and interest in global manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements would be a plus
